The Jazzica is one of Hofners less common models from and combines the traditional German take on Archtop guitars but with a distinctly more modern approach. While retaining the classical Hofner appearance the Jazzica is much more than a vintage reissue, it delivers  a very practicle alternative to more familiar jazz and semi-acoustic designs.

Constructed with a fully hollow body, the Jazzica has a lively, resonant acoustic character that translates beautifully when plugged in. The highly tapered body is incredibly comfortable to play, and sacrifices no tonal depth- acoustically the guitar is warm, resonant, clear and loud enough to cut through even unplugged. The floating mini-humbucker delivers a broad tonal palette, producing warm, rounded clean sounds while retaining plenty of clarity and definition. 

The neck has a lovely, quite wide D-profile, fast but not too slim, while the distinctive body shape and elegant appointments give the Jazzica a character all of its own without compromising comfort or balance. Included are the foam f-hole inserts, used to reduce feedback when amplified at volume.
